TD supports the advancement of women in leadership and the principles of Gender Equity throughout our organization.

  • In 2022, TD reached its target of 40.3% of women in roles titled VP and above. Women now make up 44% of our Board of Directors.
  • Through our Women Advisor Strategy, we implemented women-centric wealth planning and a mentoring program to develop talent at TD.
  • In 2022, for the seventh year in a row,  TD was included in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index.
