- Through the TD Ready Commitment TD has donated $3.3 million to initiatives designed to help People with Disabilities.
- TD was the first Canadian bank with a full-time ASL interpreter on staff.
- TD scored 100% on the 2023 Disability Equality Index, a benchmark that evaluates corporate policies for workplace equality.
- In 2023 TD received Canada’s Best Diversity Employers Award for the 12th year in a row.
- Our Assistive Technologies (AT) Lab ensures new banking hardware and software systems meet specific accessibility requirements.
