TD has a legacy of support for many diverse communities in Canada. Some recent initiatives include:

  • Establishing an Asian Community Segment Strategy in 2021, to support the financial needs of the Asian community.
  • Active support of Ascend Canada, an organization focused on enhancing the visibility and influence of Pan-Asian business leaders.
  • Actively working to increase executive-level representation of Black, Indigenous peoples and visible minorities to 25% by 2025.
